Roof and electricity bill assessment
Check usable roof space, water tanks, nearby shade and cable routes. Electricity units and daytime usage help set the design brief; the bill total alone is not enough.
Rooftop solar designed around your home, your bill and your backup needs.
Residential solar installation starts with how your household uses electricity. Resicon Energy helps homeowners in Pakistan compare on-grid and hybrid systems, assess roof space and plan essential backup loads. Share recent bills, your city and planned appliances so the proposal reflects your home rather than a generic package. Roof access, shading, wiring condition and permission to use the roof need checking before a system size is confirmed.

Compare panel models, inverter ratings, mounting and protection. The quotation should identify quantities and separate equipment warranties from workmanship terms.
A conventional on-grid system serves daytime demand while the grid is available. Backup needs equipment and circuits specifically designed for an outage.
List the fans, lights, refrigerator, internet and other appliances you want on backup. Battery capacity and inverter output must suit those loads and the requested runtime.
Where export is proposed, check current distributor and NEPRA requirements. Eligibility, charges, metering and billing treatment depend on your application.
Agree monitoring setup, training and follow-up support. Keep invoices, serial numbers, warranties and commissioning records together.
Clear steps, from the first conversation to a working system.
Send your city, recent bills, property type and essential backup appliances. Mention planned air conditioners or other new loads.
Review roof, shade, connection and access. Identify repairs or electrical work needed before installation.
Compare capacity, equipment, batteries and estimated generation. Check savings assumptions and exclusions alongside the price.
Agree the schedule and responsibilities. Grid export starts only after required approvals and metering are complete.
Explain operation and supported backup functions. Record warranty contacts and maintenance requirements.
The bill amount alone cannot answer this. Start with electricity units, daytime use, appliance ratings and roof area. High evening demand can need a different design from similar daytime consumption. A calculator is a starting estimate; confirm size through a survey.
A conventional grid-following inverter disconnects when the grid fails. Supplying selected appliances needs a suitable backup configuration, isolation and available energy. A hybrid label alone does not guarantee whole-home or overnight backup; confirm the model and circuit design.
Equipment, batteries, structure, cable lengths, protection and roof work affect the quotation. Check inclusion of transport, taxes, application charges and connection upgrades. Compare complete specifications rather than only an advertised price per kW.
Do not assume so. Bills can still include night-time imports, fixed charges, taxes and other applicable items. Export value depends on your connection's arrangement. Separate electricity used directly at home from electricity exported when assessing savings.
Resolve roof rights, landlord or society permission, access and the electricity account first. An apartment does not automatically have exclusive roof rights. Share the property arrangement before requesting a design.
Bring recent bills, connection details and an essential-appliance list. Mention roof leaks, planned work and possible inverter or battery locations. Site readiness and approvals influence the installation schedule.
