Contacting Resicon Energy

When you send a website request, your name, phone number, city, optional email and requirements are stored in Resicon’s private lead inbox. Resicon uses this information to answer your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a proposal. Notifications are queued to info@resiconenergy.com and the Resicon WhatsApp number +92 300 0403826. Submitting the form is not a newsletter subscription. Consent is requested before submission.

Information used to answer an enquiry

Details you send by WhatsApp, email or telephone help Resicon respond, arrange a survey and prepare a proposal. Avoid including identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information in the enquiry. To ask about information you have shared, contact info@resiconenergy.com.

Storage and access

Authorized team members can view enquiries, update follow-up status and record notes. Resicon retains information for enquiry follow-up, service records and applicable business or legal obligations. Archiving an enquiry does not delete it; hosting backups may retain separate copies. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@resiconenergy.com. The team may need to verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. A hashed network identifier is used temporarily to limit spam; the form does not store your raw IP address in the lead record. Hosting logs and backups are managed separately.

Email and WhatsApp

Email notifications include your enquiry details. WhatsApp notifications sent to the Resicon team contain the enquiry reference and a link to the authenticated inbox. If you choose “Send directly on WhatsApp” or “Continue on WhatsApp”, the link includes your details and is passed to WhatsApp when opened; you still need to send the message there. Email and WhatsApp providers process information under their own policies.

Administrator sessions

The API uses an HTTP-only session cookie to manage administrator sign-in, with HTTPS required in production. API requests, including project media requests, may set this cookie. Administrator access expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or eight hours from sign-in, and is revoked when the account password is reset or the account is removed. Uploaded project media remains private until an administrator publishes the project and confirms permission.

Calculator and motion preference

Calculator values are processed in your browser and are not sent to an analytics service. If you choose to request a review, the scenario summary you approve is included in your enquiry. Your motion setting is stored in session storage for the current browser tab’s visit. The preference lasts for the tab session; browser session restoration may preserve it. The website does not use advertising cookies.

Links and hosting

Social, WhatsApp and map links open external services. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, for website delivery and security.

Website measurement

No external analytics provider is currently enabled in this build. The site exposes local interaction events for survey steps, calculator completion and opening WhatsApp. These contain event names only, with no form values, and are not transmitted by this build. Opening WhatsApp does not confirm an enquiry was sent.
